Popupper free WordPress plugin

Popupper is a plugin for WordPress versions 2.5 and greater that allows a blogger to insert links that when the reader mouses over the links it shows a popup. The popup can be text, image, or both, and is popped up via javascript. This plugin is useful because the wordpress editting interface does not allow you to enter javascript.
