External/3rd Party Services 3CX Live Chat makes use of the external services listed below in order to add functionality to the plugin and enrich the user experience. 3CX Live chat activation api & chat server selector (HTTPS://WPLC.3CX.NET) (REQUIRED) We use a server side generated unique identifier (GUID) in order to guarantee proper identification and secure communication between agents and visitors connected to same website.
