ContactBuddy by iThemes is the easiest way to add a simple contact form to your widgets, posts and pages on your WordPress sites. The ContactBuddy forms contain the following fields: name email subject message reCaptcha validation option Form submission subject line and destination email location can be edited in the Settings area by the Admin. Submissions to the forms are sent to the email address specified by the admin.
